[postgis-devel] problem with spatial_ref_sys.sql

Hi,

I have been trying to configure "fixmystreet" in my Debian 5.0 machine. I am
following the doc:

https://www.socialtext.net/lukec/index.cgi?howto_set_up_fixmystreet_ca_developer_environment

But, here, when i go for the command:

 *sudo -u postgres psql -d fixmystreet -f
/usr/share/postgresql-8.3-postgis/spatial_ref_sys.sql
*

Then the error comes:

*psql:/usr/share/postgresql-8.3-postgis/spatial_ref_sys.sql:12757: ERROR:
current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction
block
ROLLBACK
psql:/usr/share/postgresql-8.3-postgis/spatial_ref_sys.sql:12759: ERROR:
relation "spatial_ref_sys" does not exist
*
How can i get rid off this problem? I need to setup this server as early as
possible. So need your help badly.
