[postgis-devel] [PostGIS] #311: Rename postgis.sql topostgis-1.5.sql

So what's your vote? Honestly, I need every PSC member to express a
preference, so we don't just stare at this issue for 2 weeks and
*then* get around to voting. It's stupid, it's trivial, but I can't
cowboy it, and it needs to be resolved before release.

I'll vote for #3 then.
