 IT WORKS IT WORKS.  I was able to get my BIL file that I loaded in the db
 to display in Mapserver.  Even setting color classes works and speed is
 not too bad. Sure will be better once I get the over view stuff going.

 Anyrate the blank screen issue I was having seems to be caused by gdal how
 its handling my jpegs/pngs imported so not a mapsever issue at all.
