 Now I'm a bit baffled.  Clearly it was able to generate an update to date
 documentation

 http://office.refractions.net:1500/job/PostGIS-trunk-
 build/ws/build/doc/postgis-2.0.0SVN.pdf  (reads 7056), so must not have
 trouble creating the special index file.

 I guess might have to turn off the comments building until can figure out
 what its complaining about.
