Deciding about which PR to merge, if any. Easiest decision is NONE,
for obvious reasons. It really just feels lonely when it comes to
taking decisions over here...

You know there was no due date for the next PostGIS release until a few
weeks ago when Paul proposed one... How about helping out with the GEOS
release instead ? I think what should be done is:

 1. Look at the tracker for things targetted at 3.5.0, punt them
    to 3.6.0 and give reporters/owner some time to complain/discuss
    (if nobody objects in one week, they are gone)

 2. Look at the github PR queue and do the same thing

 3. Go through the the HOWTO_RELEASE to see what's next
