[postgis-devel] CREATE EXTENSION address_standardizer; fail with "$libdir/address_standardizer": No such file or directory

after sudo -u postgres psql -c "CREATE EXTENSION address_standardizer;" 
postgisdb
i get
ERROR:  could not access file "$libdir/address_standardizer": No such 
file or directory

I'm building from source (latest SVN) on Ubuntu 14.04
i have no other PostgreSQL installations (clean install of PostgreSQL 9.4)
