 Hmm that's odd.  I thought maybe it was a permssion problem but I think I
 have it in same folder with where I put other images.  I'll retest again
 on the original server I was having the issue and close this out if its a
 non-issue there.

 does your change effect raster2pgsql.  Its possible I didn't reload?
