 procmon doesn't seem to be telling me much.  Maybe cause I haven't used it
 in a while.

 Most of the files I have are smaller -- around 4MB or less and were all
 created on the same day from another source.  The ones I've having issue
 with are all created earlier and are between 10 and 30 MB in size and
 looks like they come from different source.  I suspect all these older
 ones have overviews and the newer don't, but I'm double-checking that.
