Comment:

 Very strange.  I just set up a Windows 7 64-bit box with the latest
 PostGIS experimental binary for PG 9.2 and I have the same error.  No
 crash, just that error.

 Could you run a debug build of PostGIS, capture the output of the
 ST_Resize query and send me that dump?
