 strk are you able to consistently reproduce the issue.  Sorry haven't had
 time to test upgrade this weekend but I think its only an issue with
 PostGIS 2.2.0 with introduction of GUCS (possibly 2.1 if you are running
 sfcgal too since that  has GUCs)
