 I'm seeing a couple of regression failures when running

 on my 2.1.2 dev install.  They all look like issues with our tests
 counting on autocasts

 I have another error with memory access violation when it tries to install
 legacy.sql, but I suspect its because of something else with my setup.

 and postgis raster which is why they don't exhibit themselves in the
