 Restoring a dump from 3.0 fails with:
 ERROR:  function "_st_concavehull" already exists with same argument types

 Test with:
 > regress/run_test.pl -v --dumprestore --upgrade --upgrade-path
 unpackaged3.0--:auto regress/core/regress

 See #5573 for a way to have CI guard after these kind of upgrades
