[postgis-users] raster2pgsql quoted string error

Hey Jean-Daniel,

Strange indeed.  I would know what's going on in raster2pgsql as I
wrote the loader.  Which Windows installer are you using?  A link to
that installer would be nice.  The same goes for all the other
applications in the stack.

You don't need the GDAL python bindings for PostGIS.
