[Proj] PROJ.4: pj_transform parameters

sorry a missing slash http://spatialreference.org/ref/epsg/4326/ should
work better.
But you could also search on the epsg file on your nad directory,

<4326> +proj=longlat +datum=WGS84 +no_defs  <>
