[PROJ] How to transform the XYZ coordinate (ITRF) to Latitude/Longitude?

Thanks for your help. It works fine.
Now I am not very clear about the `+proj=string` meaning.  Such as `+proj=cart`.
Could give me a hint where to find the help document about this?
I would like to learn more.
