[PROJ] How to do Helmert transformation with +exact option in QGIS?

Thanks! I will probably ask EPSG to include de exact Helmert as transformation method when I ask them to include the CRS with the large rotation angles. But it will probably take a long time before this is available in QGIS. The new feature you have implemented will probably be available sooner, so it is very useful for solving my problem (and for all kind of other future applications). In which PROJ version will this new feature become available?

It will take some extra time before that PROJ version will be available in QGIS, so I still need a workaround for the mean time. I created a hgridshift file (with just 4 points at medium height) and that works good enough as workaround for now (typical horizontal error of 2 cm with a maximum of 7 cm).
