[PROJ] Make push and pop FIFO?

Adding a variable name could made be optional? In that case +push +v_3 and +pop +v_3 would still work the old way, but one could also use +push +v_3 +name=ellipsoidalheight and +pop +v_3 +name=ellipsoidalheight.
