Thanks for the offer to help Tim. I'm not a user of Maven, so I'll
leave this up to you and Martin. In the meantime, I'll try to get the
build running on my computer so we can at least post a jar file for
people to download.

I'll also find out what automated build infrastructure is available at
OSGeo. So far, Proj4J is probably low activity, so a nightly build
probably isn't super critical.

Hopefully we can change that. :]
