[Pywps-dev] about to launch new pywps.org

Hi all,

thanks to Tom Kralidis, we now have new web page, using Jekyll and now we
can publish the "github.io" way.

I've also finally obtained 'pywps.org' domain to my possession, and we put
all that together - new page layout can be reviewed at http://pywps.org

if you all agree, I would like to officially launch new project page by
monday morning and spam mailing lists and social networks. Please everybody
review pywps.org and  tell us in case, something is wrong (or create pull
request ;-) )
