I forgot to say. Allowing users to self upload may be good but I think
they should be vetted by humans before giving them upload access to
prevent misuse. Also bear in mind that for the past several years we
had a lot of workload dealing with requests for accounts etc and this
can constitute a significant amount of time. We also spent a lot of
time dealing with spam etc. So the solutuon you choose should require
the minimum of work on your part or you too will soon have a mailbox
full of reqiests for accounts and privaledges!
