[Qgis-community-team] QGIS GUI translations procedure

Hi Werner, 

have you already had a chance to look at the GUI translation process at the
wiki and inside the QGIS repository? Do you have questions about the procedure
so far, before we disscuss some new ideas and tasks at the IRC meeting? Working
with svn and babel/linguist is probably no problem for you, isn't it?

As for the manual we should also start to collect some 'internal' management
information for you as 'gui translation team lead' about general procedures,
todos, ideas and release related tasks e.g. motivating translators to update
their language files :-). All this should and up in the GuiTranslationManagement
wiki page.
