[Qgis-community-team] SEXTANTE docs in User Guide

I will find time to work on that, for sure. The documents still can be
improved, and if they are in the central repo, it will be much easier
for other people to help. Now they are rather disconnected from the
QGIS version, as they still live in the SVN where the Java version is
kept...
