[Qgis-community-team] sextante chapter in QGIS manual commented

Hi Otto,

I commented this chapter because SEXTANTE become core plugin not in
1.8.0 but in 1.9 version. So it is not included into default QGIS
installation, and I think users may be confused when there is a
section in manual but there is no plugin available by default.

If you think it is better to put it back we can easy fix this.
