[Qgis-community-team] sextante chapter in QGIS manual commented

Hi Alex,

ok, I understand and you are right, that's how we usually proceed. But we
should put it back again, since there are links in sextante for
configuration that link to the online manual, too. It is an exception though.

Can you uncomment again, please?
