[Qgis-community-team] qgis manual op readthedocs

Hi All,

while googling for something QGIS related, I stumbled upon:

'capooti'/Paolo put the documentation in read the docs, but now the
builds fail because apparently readthedocs does not have
sphinx_bootstrap_theme:
https://readthedocs.org/builds/qgis/865501/

What should we do?
1) Either fully remove it from readthedocs?
2) Or should we try to fix it?
