[Qgis-community-team] User Manual figures sizes in PDF and website

Hello all,

I'm currently reviewing all figures in the user manual to check if they are
some forgoten figures that I can still update until Friday, and to see if
the figure size (in em) is adequate to the pixel size of the images.

The images size in the website and the PDF "look" diferent. Some images are
ok in PDF but too small in the website, and others are ok in the website,
but too big in the PDF (quite ugly in soem cases). Can we do something
about it? If not, what should be the prioraty, website or PDF?

We are also trying to make all Figures in the same OS (In this case ubuntu
12.04), should we keep the |nix| |win| simbols in it's legends? In some
cases we even have gnome and kde tags.
