[Qgis-community-team] Spatial query plugin: missing explanation in the manual

At the moment this is the only unclaimed task in http://hub.qgis.org/wiki/quantum-gis/ManualTasks .

I'm wondering what was meant by it, because it looks like there is a description (and even an example) in the manual - http://docs.qgis.org/testing/en/docs/user_manual/plugins/plugins_spatial_query.html

Has this also been done?
