I changed the link to "community-resources" rather than "gui-translation". Do 
you agreed?

I think this is more relevant.

Another question: anybody know if there is github hook for QGIS somewhere? I 
would like to contribute to create a ticket in qgis documentation each time a 
commit contains a 'FEATURE' keyword.
