[Qgis-community-team] visual changelog + transifex update

Ahhh my bad. All projects are using one single glossary.

I saw a "QGIS-Website Glossary" and I found inexistent terms that I had
addd them to the glossary already, so I assumed that they were in other
Glossary.

Sorry for the noise and the trouble.
