[Qgis-community-team] Archive Documentation 3.16

Well, wait! I just notice that we have a couple of languages (zh_hans, es)
that have translated the 3.16 docs since the switch. If someone can pull
the new strings to github[0] and open a PR/merge before we close the
project on Transifex, it could be nice for them.
