Sorry for the wrong information.
On my ubuntu 9.10 eclipse already found Qt. I think that if it's recognized
in the PythonPath on PyDev's Preferences it loads the API. Eclipse takes a
looooong time trying to index the APIs available for a given python
instalation.
I'm going to try it on windos vista later.
