[Qgis-developer] Discussing a forms-builder at the Hackfest

good - editing forms with qt-designer and associating the ui-files with 
the vector layers would be great.

I added this as a discussion topic at the Hackfest Wiki - looking 
forward to the discussion and upcoming solutions to the problem.
