[Qgis-developer] Autocad DXF and Microstation DGN Save As

IMHO svg, dxf and dgn are pretty much the same. They are all graphics based
formats.
Of course dxf and dgn also have 3D drawings, but information is stored in
style, colour and thickness.
This way I think that it's more representative to have a dxf with the styled
data (as svg) than a dxf with just the lines.
Well, playing a little with ogr and dxf I can see that it looks similar to
dgn.
It may be only an impression, but ogr could be used to represent the
information in a graphic way.
Not exactly as svg as I supose it uses the format in it's full
implementation to represent some hard graphics.
Do you think it's possible? Something like a simple exporter to fill the
default attributes (Layer, SubClasses, ExtendedEntity, Linetype,
EntityHandle, Text)? Wouldn't it mean more than the regular "You can't
export" message?
