[Qgis-developer] QGIS Plugin - Ovals

Thanks to everyone who helped me out with this - The original developer of
the rectangles plugin, Pavol Kapusta, along with Banjamin Bohard, have now
created 'Rectangles, Ovals and Diamonds'.

This does the job with perfection. Thank you Gentlemen!
