[Qgis-developer] QGIS Plugin - Ovals

Hi Rob,

this is just coincidence (maybe fluke :-) ), but your interest is 
encouraging.

My first version (few days ago) was very clumsy, but Benjamin Bohard 
added to the main function of plugin the right pythonic feel and look.
