[Qgis-developer] Lost settings for Line Decoration options

I believe you has been using "marker line" symbol layer with the
option to render the marker at the start/end of the polyline. In
contrast "line decoration" always used to be this simple. Given that
"marker line" has superior functionality we will probably remove "line
decoration" completely in future.
