[Qgis-developer] r.series in Processing

Hi all.
I'm running r.series through Processing, and I'm consistently getting a
resulting tif with very strange values:

min: 1.79769e+308
max: 2.22507e-308

(sic)
In the GRASS plugin, the analysis seems to stall forever.
Is anyone getting reasonable results? Could it be an upstream issue?
