[Qgis-developer] After upgrade all fields are editable in QGIS project file

Hi all

I post this question in the developer mailing list, since I did not get
any answer in the user mailing list.

This is the behavior in the application after upgrading:

I realized after the upgrade from Valmeira to version Chugiak in my QGIS
project all fields that before were not editable now are editable. Does
someone else have the same problem?
