[Qgis-developer] Issue with Python on Fedora

Well in theory one could introduce some heuristics based on /usr/lib64 
existence and /etc/os-release parsing, but I don't think it's worth the 
fuss to cover all possible distro configurations honestly (and I've 
never seen a software package which does this).
