[QGIS-Developer] Submit plugin to QGIS 3 repo

Hi Tom,

Are we talking about qgis2web? As (seen screenshot), there is a version
2.99 there.
Only thing I see is that it is experimental. Did you check the checkbox
to also show experimental plugins?

Or are you having troubles with other plugins or versions?
