[QGIS-Developer] Problem with QGIS Value Tool and shapely

Hi,

I'm getting this segmentation fault:

Segmentation fault

with QGIS 2.18.15 (https://qgis.org/ubuntugis repo) on Linux Mint 18 (based
on Ubuntu 16.04).

I traced the problem and the cause is the Value Tool plugin.

The bug tracker of the plugin seems to be offline [0].

Richard, are you still the maintainer?
