[Qgis-developer] Fwd: [Qgis-psc] QEP 79 -> Dynamic Relations, request for voting

Dear developers,

The QGIS Enhancement Proposal 79 "Dynamic Relations" describes a
possible approach to deal with the integration of a document management
system into QGIS projects.

I would like to ask core developers to express their consent or - even
more - any major objections with a +1, -1 (or use +0 or -0 if you feel
more comfortable ;) ).

If there are no major objections, I would like to mark this as accepted.
If there are major objections, please explain which parts in particular
are affected, what troubles could be caused by doing it this way or what
would be a better or more flexible approach for solving the requirements.
