[Qgis-developer] QGIS 2.18 on OSX

Since point releases are not announced on the list any more, I often miss them for packaging.  I usually see a reference to them on the list in a question.  Also, I've been a bit occupied lately with other things.  I'll work on packaging the latest updates soon.
