So it wasn't an error message on install and not at runtime complaining about a
missing DLL?

Or do you mean the page in the installer that tells you about the added
dependencies (dependencies, that are automatically added, although you didn't
select it)?   That would not have been an error message and you would have been
able to continue without going back to manually select it.
