[QGIS-Developer] QgsSettings + ows key cleanup?

ps Nathan: any news on your profile work?

Yeah getting there, just doing clean up etc. Busy at work at the moment but
hopefully this weekend.

We also need something to deal with these key changes to help people
migrate from 2 to 3. We need a transform settings function.
