[QGIS-Developer] Bookmarks severely broken. Unusable?

I tried to reproduce, but only in projects which have been created in
2.18. 2.18 shows all zero's to me with a yesterday created project. And
opening that one in 2.99 shows them too (see screenie: a 2.18 project
opened in 3)

But I fail to create a zero crs in master \o/
