Hi Tom,

I did not know of this type (title-case?) of capitalization... googleing
for it, I found:

ough.. a LOT of different rules/names... and Camelcase is actually NOT
what I think it was...

Which brings me to:
- should we not bring all these capitalization options to expressions
and then
- should we not either remove the 'Type case' drop down from the label
dialog? As the use of expression is (then) much stronger.

In that way you do not have to maintain this capitalisation stuff in 2
places.

OR do expressions and the labeling dropdown use different execution
path's so the dropdown is just faster (which is important for labeling!)?
