[QGIS-Developer] Change plugin name

BTW, the installPlugin()/uninstallPlugin() method works beautifully! All 
from within OSMtools (which I think is a cleaner solution, rather than 
uninstalling from ORStools).

Will be available in 2-3 weeks:)
