[QGIS-Developer] Reminder: QGIS developer meeting in Madeira

Dear QGIS Devs, 

This is just a gentle reminder, that if you are interested in attending
the upcoming developer meeting in Madeira, Feb 21 to 25, that you should
register on our Wikipage at

Please note that you should book room accommodation yourself - we don't
reserve rooms for you. 

Should you require financial support for your traveling (available for
core contributors), there is a form where you can request financial
support (airfaire and/or room): https://goo.gl/forms/YKm5fo7ll5GfQEJI3 
- reimbursements, if accepted, happens after the meeting if you send me
all receipts (airfare and/or hotel), along with all necessary payment
information (your name and full address, IBAN, SWIFT, name of bank,
address of bank or bank branch). Please check in advance if your travel
support request can be accepted.
