[QGIS-Developer] Where do we sit with respect to release?

Cool, excitement and anticipation is good - then they can all test PRIOR
!!!!!!!!! to the release (the nightlies and weeklies) and help make the
release better! 

We did not promise any date. We should release when we think it is in a
good shape.
